The Saint Timothy community is coming together for a special evening in support of our children’s future. The upcoming Saint Timothy Gala will serve as a major fundraising effort for the Field of Dreams project—a long-overdue initiative to renovate our school's backfield, which is currently in dire need of repair. Our goal is to break ground this summer, and we need your help to make it happen!

The event will take place on May 17, 2025, at The Hangar at Regatta Harbour. Tickets are priced at $200 per person, which includes dinner, drinks, and entertainment. All funds raised will go directly toward the transformation of the backfield, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional space for our students. The project will include a new track and turf field, replacing the current dirt-and-dust-covered ground, where overgrown tree roots create hazards. No more dust and mud—just a space where our students can safely train, play, and build lifelong memories.

This project will benefit every student at Saint Timothy Catholic School for years to come—enhancing school pride, providing better opportunities for sports and recreation, and creating an outdoor space that students and families can enjoy together

Beyond the cause, the Gala promises to be a night of celebration, community, and generosity. The evening’s attire is formal, ensuring an elegant and memorable experience for all attendees. In addition to individual tickets, sponsorship opportunities are available for those who want to make an even greater impact. Sponsorships offer a unique way for families and businesses to show their support while receiving special recognition at the event.

I invite every parent, alum, and supporter of Saint Timothy to join us in this effort. Let’s come together, have some fun, and make the Field of Dreams a reality for our kids. Good evening parents and campers:

We are so happy to announce that registration will begin on Friday, February 14th for our 2025 camp season. The camp will begin on Monday, June 9th until August 1st, 2025, excluding the week of June 30th, due to the observance of Independence Day.

We can't wait to see your children again this summer. We are accepting incoming Kindergarteners to 8th graders. We have so many activities planned such as our team skills building and sports program, cooking classes, STEM activities, robotics for all ages and so much more!

Our FUN Fridays are back with water slides, our famous Blue vs. Gold Olympics and other exciting activities we have planned.

Please see the attached information letter and registration form (one per camper).

Prices and daily important information is included.

NEW this year is that we included the Friday pizza and drink fee into our weekly fee (see letter for more details).

As it has been the past 2 years, we are continuing the 20% sibling discount for both the registration and weekly fees.
