April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month

The Archdiocesan Safe Environment Office takes this opportunity to highlight our ongoing efforts to protect the children and vulnerable adults in our care.

Boundaries are limits that we set between ourselves and others. Lines to separate our personal space, emotions, and behaviors for ourselves and with others. Boundaries also include the limits of what is appropriate in a specific situation. There are several different types of boundaries, including physical, technological, emotional, behavioral and boundaries involving sexual misconduct.

In His Heart 365 Days with the Carmelite Sisters

Deepen your relationship with Christ in five minutes a day. The Carmelite Sisters joyfully wish to share their new book of daily reflections written by 50 of their sisters.

In His Heart: 365 Days with the Carmelite Sisters is a collection of daily meditations and encouragements to accompany your faith journey, bringing a deeper awareness of God’s presence in your life.

The sisters will be available after all Masses the weekend of April 13-14, 2024.

St. Gregory’s Women’s Guild is hosting its first ever British Tea Party. Join us for a traditional Spring Tea Party while wearing your florals, fascinators, and/ or Easter bonnets while mingling with fellow members and making new friends.

  • What: This dinner will include varieties of tea, finger sandwiches, and special desserts. We will also have raffle prizes, door prizes and a 50/50 raffle.
  • When: Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Doors open at 6:45 pm.
  • Where: St. Gregory’s Parish Center.
  • Who: All women of the parish and friends. We extend a warm welcome to our new women parishioners –We can’t wait to meet you!

Jesus, Me and Evening Tea

Everyone loves and enjoys a Tea Party.

The St. Gregory Women’s Spiritual Enrichment Ministry is hosting JESUS, ME and EVENING TEA on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 7:00 pm in the Parish Center.

Please, wear a decorative hat of your choice since we will be holding a contest, with a PRIZE, for the most decorative hat! The night will start with tea, finger foods and sweets and FREE raffles.

As we partake in our tea, we will have devotion to Our Lord. Learn how when combining tea, along with Jesus, you will bring yourself closer to Him. Bring a friend or two. Fun and spirituality is promised!!

How about Going to Greece and Italy?

In 2025, Saint Gregory will get underway again with its international pilgrimage program. So far, we have two exciting trips planned.

  1. A tour of Greece and the footsteps of Saint Paul on March 15-25, led by Father Agustin Estrada, including a three night cruise through the Greek islands. Information Meeting will be on Monday May 20th, 2024 at 7:00pm in the Msgr. Fogarty Meeting Room which is in the former priests residence.
  2. A tour of Italy, May 21-31, during the jubilee year, including the opportunity to walk through the Holy Doors at the patriarchal basilicas in Rome, Padre Pio, Loreto, Saint Benedict, Saint Scholastica, and more, led by Father Michael Davis. Information Meeting will be on Monday, June 24th at 7:00pm in the Msgr. Fogarty Meeting Room which is in the former priests residence.
