ASSUMPTION OF MARY

Monday, August 15^th at 7:00pm

We cordially invite all to join us to celebrate and honor the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary. Healing Mass (multilingual) with Anointing of the Sick & Lourdes Candlelight Procession.

If you need special assistance for the Mass, please call the parish office and let us know in advance.

Gesture of Water

Saturday, August 20th | 8:00am - 10:00pm | Parish Hall

We invite everyone to receive the water from Massabielle in Lourdes where St. Bernadette, during the apparitions of Our Lady, dug a hole and found the healing waters.

During the Gesture of the Water, the participants first say a prayer, offering their intentions for healing of the body, mind, and spirit. Next the water is poured into their hands for washing. Then, the water is received for the face and other parts of the body that need healing. Finally, the water is poured to sip.

The doors of the Parish Hall will close around 8:30pm, depending on the amount of people waiting inside. Please arrive early to avoid being left outside.

ASUNCIÓN DE MARÍA

Lunes, 15 de agosto a las 7:00pm

Cordialmente les invitamos a unirse a nosotros para celebrar y honrar la Solemnidad de la Asunción de María. Misa de Sanación (multilingüe) con Unción de los Enfermos y Procesión de Lourdes con Velas.

Si necesita asistencia especial para la Misa, por favor, llame a la oficina con anticipación.

Gesto del Agua

Sábado, 20 de agosto | 8:00am - 10:00pm | Salón Parroquial

Invitamos a todos a recibir el agua de Massabielle de Lourdes donde Santa Bernardita, durante las apariciones de la Virgen, cavó un agujero y encontró las aguas curativas.

Durante el Gesto del Agua, los participantes rezan primero una oración, ofreciendo sus intenciones para la curación del cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu. A continuación, se vierte el agua en las manos para lavarlas. Después, se recibe el agua para la cara y otras partes del cuerpo que necesitan curación. Por último, el agua se vierte para beber.

Las puertas del Salón Parroquial se cerrarán alrededor de las 8:30pm, dependiendo de la cantidad de personas que espere adentro. Por favor, llegue temprano para evitar quedarse afuera.

Matrimonios en Victoria/Marriages in Victory is a lay Catholic international movement and an apostolate in the Archdiocese of Miami with emphasis on marriage enrichment.

Through a combination of retreats both in Spanish and English, and weekly follow-up meetings at its various communities, the movement strives to strengthen the married couple’s commitment to growing in their faith and marriage relationship as they discover God’s unique plan for their marriage, and to receiving the necessary spiritual and practical tools to achieve this.

Parents must be present with all Signature Sheets at “Meet your iPad Day” to receive the student iPad.

School Supply Drop Off

Thursday, August 11 or Friday, August 12 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. - West driveway

A staff member will collect your supplies, everyone is asked to remain in their vehicle. Please be sure to have your child’s supplies labeled with their name and grade.

Parent Orientation Meeting

This meeting will be held via Zoom. We invite you to join for the opportunity to meet your child’s homeroom teacher and learn more about this year’s expectations.
