Upcoming Dates
What an AMAZING week, our 8th Graders have won First Place Overall in the Columbus Academic Olympics! This remarkable accomplishment is a reflection of their hard work, dedication, and love of learning. We are incredibly proud of our students and the teamwork, perseverance, and enthusiasm they demonstrated throughout the competition. Their success represents not only academic excellence but also the strong support and encouragement they receive from you at home and our amazing teachers at school!
Our Scholastic Book Fair was a total success! Thank you, Mrs. Galan, and all of your wonderful volunteers for a successful book fair. Our kids are ready to read their favorite books and log in their minutes for Read-a-Thon. In its first week our read-a-thon raised over $40,000.00 for our school. What an amazing first week. We are so close to our goal and we are so grateful. Please remember to create your page and continue sharing your pages, every little bit counts towards our goal.
Remember you must create a page and have a minimum donation of $25.00 in order to dress in your favorite book character on Halloween, Friday, October 31st. We are looking forward to 100% participation and we are almost there. See all updates below and on our Read-A-Thon Page. Remember all proceeds go towards our school improvement fund. Last but not least, on Friday evening our very much anticipated, SOLD OUT, annual Trunk-or-Treat took place on our baseball field as our families gathered for treats and fun. Thank you to Mrs. Alex Cuesta and her amazing Trunk-or-Treat committee for organizing a GREAT event. Congratulations to our winner, 8th Grade Gilligan’s Island! See pictures below.
