Rooted in ancient Christian tradition, the month of November is a traditional time for visiting graves of loved ones, praying for the souls in purgatory and offering masses for the eternal repose of all the faithful departed.

The All Souls Novena begins on November 2nd.

The special envelopes for the novena can be obtained in the entrance of the church or in the Parish office. Simply list the names of your loved ones on the envelope, put your offering inside and place them in the offertory basket. The envelopes will remain in a glass box on the altar to offer the mass for them during nine consecutive days.

“Go and Invite Everyone to The Banquet” (Matthew 22:9)

This Sunday, October 20th, we celebrate the yearly universal solidarity moment of World Mission Sunday.

There will be a second collection specifically to fulfill the great Commission to “go and make disciples of all nations,” as the theme chosen by Pope Francis for this World Mission Sunday.

The Legion of Mary invites you to pray the Rosary on Tuesdays at 10:00am in the Parish Hall.

If you need more information, please leave a message for Cecilia Castillo in the Parish Office.

Vote NO on 4

Amendment 4 is a proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution that would essentially establish an unlimited right to abortion throughout pregnancy even when the heartbeat of the preborn child is detected, when the preborn child can experience pain, and when the child is capable of living outside the womb.

Amendment 4 will appear on the November 5, 2024, ballot and require approval from 60% of the electorate to pass.

We urge all parishes, schools, families, ministries, and individual Catholics to encourage voters to join in our opposition and reject this extreme and ill-conceived proposition.
