In today’s Gospel, we hear the parable of the landowner who went out at different times of the day to hire laborers for his vineyard. In the end of the parable, he says to one of the men he had hired who was grumbling against him, “Are you envious because I am generous?”

The Moms of Faith fellowship invites all moms of school-aged children to join in upcoming meetings and events. Moms of Faith is a sisterhood focused on uplifting one-another in our shared vocation of motherhood and making Christ the center of our homes.

We meet every first and third Thursday of the month from 8:00 - 9:00 am in the Garden Room for prayer, discussion rooted in scripture, and to plan how our children can be involved in our wonderful parish and liturgical life.

On Saturday, October 3rd, at 10:00 am at the parking lot in front of the Church Office, Saint Gregory will again offer the annual Saint Francis Day blessing of animals.

Bring your dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, rabbits and other pets to receive a prayerful blessing and to be sprinkled with Holy Water in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi and his love of animals.

Each owner will receive a Saint Francis holy card and medal to mark the occasion. All are welcome.

Thank you all so much to help make this blood drive such a success! We truly appreciate our partnership with St. Gregory Catholic Church. We’re happy to share that 27 units of blood were donated, which means up to 81 patients could benefit from these lifesaving donations. Please share our heartfelt thanks with everyone who helped make the drive possible.

Celebrating October the Month of the Holy Rosary

On Monday, October 12th, at 7:00 pm, Saint Gregory will once again have its candlelight multi-lingual communal outdoor celebration of the Holy Rosary at the Marian grotto near the old ministries building in the back of the parking lot.

The prayer service will be followed by a social. All are welcome.

Adult catechesis continues at Saint Gregory with Father Davis offering his 13th Pastor's Lecture Series presentation, entitled "Eschatology: The Study of the Last Things, the End of Time, and the Afterlife."

Five successive Tuesdays, on the following dates: October 20, October 27, November 3, November 10, and November 17.

Saint Gregory is pleased to announce its next community bus trip on Tuesday, October 27th at 8:00 am.

Upwards of 45 parishioners will be traveling to Miami’s Corpus Christi Church, which has a spectacular museum of ecclesiastical art, statues, and paintings, some works dating from the 16th century.

Join us for a prayerful and engaging study of Casti Connubii, Pope Pius XI’s beautiful encyclical on Christian marriage. Over the course of ten sessions, couples will come together to read, reflect, and discuss the Church’s timeless wisdom on the vocation of marriage.

The trip will take place May 14-23, 2027.

Grief Share is a caring, Christ-centered 13 week support group for those grieving the loss of a loved one.

In today’s Gospel Jesus tells us a parable to teaches us how great God is and how generous, and then he calls us to this same greatness and generosity.

Parishioners could be active parishioners or nonactive parishioners, and the question of parishioner status is important because parishioners look to their parish for many services: parishioner tuition rates in our Catholic schools; the use of our facilities for liturgical services such as baptisms, weddings, and funerals; and certification as eligible sponsors for sacramental celebrations.

Through the ministries supported by the ABCD, seeds of faith are planted in hearts throughout South Florida, bringing hope, healing, and spiritual growth.
