As we begin the month of October, we enter a special period of reflection and action for our Church's missionary efforts worldwide.

World Mission Sunday, which will be celebrated on October 20th, is a vital time for all Catholics to support the spread of the Gospel in mission territories. This year's theme, chosen by Pope Francis, is "Go and invite everyone to the banquet," emphasizing our call to bring God's love and message to all corners of the world.

Al comenzar el mes de octubre, entramos en un período especial de reflexión y acción para los esfuerzos misioneros de nuestra Iglesia en todo el mundo.

El Domingo Mundial de las Misiones, que se celebrará el 20 de Octubre, es un momento vital para que todos los católicos apoyen la difusión del Evangelio en los territorios de misión. El tema de este año, elegido por el Papa Francisco, es "Vayan e inviten a todos al banquete", enfatizando nuestro llamado a llevar el amor y el mensaje de Dios a todos los rincones del mundo. Nuestras contribuciones son cruciales para sostener la misión de la Iglesia en más de 1.150 territorios donde la Iglesia aún es joven y lucha por salir adelante.

We invite you to bring and drop off a photo of your loved ones in the basket at the gift shop. Photos will be placed on our Mural of the Faithful Departed as a remembrance of the season. Please drop off photos before October 31st. Candles will be available for purchase. Call the Parish Office for more information.

Saturday, November 2nd, is All Souls Day, the Commemoration of all the Faithful Departed. English Mass will be celebrated at 8:00am and 5:30pm (Vigil for Sunday).

Our All Souls Novena will begin on November 2nd at the 8:00am Mass and continue for the following 8 days. The special envelopes are located on the pews.

On Sunday, October 20th, we will be having an International Food Festival from 9:00am to 3:00pm in the Parish Hall.

Come savor different foods from all over the world. We will also have raffles, music and so much more!
