You can easily send your weekly newsletter by yourself! When you receive the request for approval email, simply find the link that says "Click here to respond to this approval request", at the bottom of the message.

When you reach the delivery page, you may choose either to Send it Now, or Schedule it for a later delivery — even outside of working hours!
